- 50% to start. 50% before final drawings.
- Construction
- 40% to start. 30% and 20% as work moves forward. 10% at handover.
vii. Questions
Is the sqft my flat’s sale size?
No. Sale size often includes common space. I price the actual area we work on, measured at the site visit.
Can I take the drawings to my own contractor?
Yes. The drawings are yours. Build with us, or with anyone.
If I build with you, do I pay for design too?
No. Construction includes Design, Drawings & 3D. One price covers it all.
Do I need the consultation first?
No. But it helps. You start design already clear on what you want.
Do you work outside Dhaka?
The consultation works by video from anywhere. For design or construction outside Dhaka, message me and we’ll talk it through.
